I have a remote core CM6.3 in Asia and not sure how to determine if E.164 is used in its dialplan. The "display dialplan analysis" is showing multiple entries. This would be for the India region, thank you.

No, you are not E.164. The country code for India is 91. Unfortunately there are also extended length numbers so you would have to be on CM8.1 to implement E.164 in India. That doesn't mean you can't be E.164 in the Session Manager Number Plan. I have done this specifically for India where I have used 50 as the leading digits for all extensions then make modifications in the Adaptations going to/from SM.

So, what does counrty code 91 have to do with this answer? I do not see country code 91? where did you get the country from?
