How do I kill the "Mirar" toolbar?

Somehow a spyware toolbar called "Mirar" has gotten past my PestPatrol and is now firmly planted within my IE browser.

What is this -- and how do I get rid of it? It doesn't seem to appear on PestPatrol's "Logs" list, nor does it come up in a search of PestPatrol's Web site search.

Can you please help me?
