I have several reports that are formatted for legal-sized paper. When the user previews the report it is displayed as letter-size. I have noticed that unless I tell Access to use a specific printer for a report, and set the orientation and size with that specific printer the user may see something else.

I have 2 questions.

1) Is there anyway that I can get the report to keep it settings without it being tied to a specific printer?

2) Can I set the paper settings on the default printer at the time the report is about to previewed or printed from code?

Your URGENT reponses would be greatly appreciated.

Regards,
Natty

I had a report that wouldn't save landscape vs portrait, solved it by turning off track auto name, this might help, Ron
