I have written very nice reports but everytime I make a report a word document it loses all of its formatting. I lose all of the borders, check boxes, so on and so forth. Does anyone have any suggestions as to how I could keep my formatting?

Look into the SnapShot format, it preserves Access reports perfectly as you see them and the viewer is a free download so you can share the files with others.
This is a problem is supposedly fixed by Office 2000's latest service pack. I also read that if you turn off the log name autocorrect changes (tools/options/general) that it would fix this problem and so far it has worked for me.
