How do I keep HTML format w/ Mail Merge through Outlook ???

Hi,

I am trying to send out multiple email messages with mail merge, using Outlook. I have my format set to HTML and want this messages to include colors, large fonts, etc. After merging, the recipients receive the message in plain text with all the formating for colors and fonts changed back to plain text. Is there a way to send this with the original format. I am using MS Word as the editor if that helps any. Thanks

Make sure you have the format for all new mail set as HTML, it can be set on a per message basis from with in a new email but you have to change it to use HTML as the default format in tools options mail mail format. You can also try setting word as your default editor on the same page, maybe that will help.
