How do I keep column headings in Notes on the web?

Hi!
I've made an application in Notes for the web. When I show the views I want the column headings to be fixed and I want to be able to use a scroll-bar.

It's not possible to set the number of lines shown in the serverdocument or use View/Java-aplets. Since the columns are different in size I can't use framesets.

Does DHTML work? How?

Please, help me!
