HOW DO I INSTALL (Patches) PEPs? 1

Hi All!

I have to install 2 patches to a Call Pilot 3.0, I've never installed patches/PEP's before. Could anyone give me a brief tutorial.

I assume you have downloaded them and are ready to get them onto the server. Using your method of choice, copy them to the D:/Temp/ directory on the server. If they are zipped, doubleclick the zip file and it will ask you to unzip it. Verify the unzip location is the D:/Temp directory. Click "unzip" and it will create a new folder with the same name. Open that folder and doubleclick the runme.bat or runme.exe file. Follow the instructions on screen.

You can also read the readme.txt file that is in the zipped file that will tell you how to install the pep and any dependancies.
