how do i install MTS on windows 98

I have NT option pack 4 which contains MTS that i want to install on my windows 98 computer. but everytime i run the setup, a messagebox pops up that says it is only for NT.

I know that option MTS can be installed on windows 95, but how ?

Hello,
if you run windows you run FAT 32
I am almost positive but can be wrong that NT requires only FAT
to instal MTS you might need to have NT installed?
or at least extract in DOS toward a FAT partition.
to do so, you need to instal within the first 2 gig of :c
and create a FAT partition mostly for booting purpose the rest of NT will be set futher down the HDD.
BTW best way to perform the operation will be to utilized partition magic from PQ
