How do i insert some HTML code for Banner Ad into my Flash Site??

you can't, the only thing i would suggest is place your flash movie in a frameset..top 100 pixels or so as your html for the banners..match a color in your movie or something so it fits in..the bottom half of the frameset be your actual movie..
