How do I insert sections from VB

I am writing an app to convert reports from another system to Crystal. One thing I want to do is mimick some of the existing reports which have multiple header sections. I could create a template so to speak with these already in it and save it as the new report after the conversion but I would like to be able to insert section's from VB (Like you can do from the designer). I searched the developers help and the only thing I see is maybe I have to add groups somehow.
