How do I insert a new map?

We have recently purchased a new map from MapInfo and are struggling to add the new map in CR9.

While I can add the map as a layer - I need to use the map as boundries - ie Uk postcode areas as boundries instead of the default UK northern, southern etc boundries...

Please can anyone help. Thanks in advance,
