How do I initialize an ADOX Catalog?

I'm trying to convert an Access Table into an Excel Spreadsheet. The output contains a few selected fields in the Access table and has to have totals and sub-totals for the currency fields.

A friend told me to use the ADOX.Catalog... Can't seem to initialize it correctly with a combobox to display the tables that I'll select.

Please help.
