I believe that the tables that we have created within Paradox are not indexed. The reason that I believe this to be true, is because I have attempted to create a Crystal Report based on Paradox tables, and attempted to create a relationship with 2 of them. I received the message "Invalid File Link - Not an indexed field". So I believe that my fields/tables are not indexed? How do I verify this, and how do I index the tables/fields? troy_underwood@owfg.com

Troy,

One way would be to open the tables using Database Desktop or Paradox itself and then check the structure. Remember, you need a primary key (aka key field(s)) before you can create secondary indices.
