How do I increase a raid mirror without rebuilding the software

I have a Dell server with a mirror.
Raid card is Adaptec aic-7899
Partitioned 8GB for C:, 30GB for D: "would like to change the size of the C: partition also.
Drives are 37GB ultra 160

How can I increase the size of the mirror and the C: partition?
