How do I import one mailbox from one domain to another? 1

Setup as follows: Currently using Exchange 5.5 and have two domains. Several users have moved domains, and consequently there Mailbox has remained on the original domain. It works ok, but is not that practical. I am looking for a way to transfer the entire mailbox over to the new domain, and then reconfiure Outlook to look at the new domain.

How do I do it.....?

As far as i know there are two ways of solving this:
1. Export the current contents of each mailbox to a .PST file, recreate the new mailbox in the new site, import the contents.
2. Use the Mailbox Migration utility which can be found in Exchange Server Resource kit.
