Greetings ~ I have a new site we're turning up on Cisco CallManager. We're using the 7961G-GE phones. I have administrative users that will need to "share lines". I figured out how to activate the "Privacy Feature". The trouble I'm having is to NOT show the caller ID when the call is placed on hold. Is there someone that can explain this portion? I've been all over the Cisco web site trying to figure this out.
