How do I host my own site?

I would like to host my own websites and provide my own space for the domain names I've registered. I've used FrontPage2000 for building all sites to date.

What hardware/software do I need to do this myself? I will be having a static IP address assigned me with my new service soon.

Any help is appreciated.

Hi!

you need the webserver to host a site filled up DNS and add the IP in advance section of the network(from control pannel).if you select the IIS then it will be pleasure to guide you
