how do i have ISDN BRI extensions in call manager

in Avaya we have bri extensions which can be used for isdn dialup's or for Polycom video , these extensions use the bandwidth of the PRI connected to the system

can such thing be done in CISCO call manager ??

Not quite sure what you are asking. I gather from this, that your avaya system would handle some sort of multilink connection for streaming video over a PRI? If this is true then then the Avaya unit does both voice and data routing?
