I have a person who has two extensions and she would like to have VM at only one location. How do I set this up in the switch?

Thanks!

If it is AUDIX, then you can assign a second extension to the same mailbox using the "secondary extension". The only gotcha is if the system-wide parameter in AUDIX has been set to always make the secondary extension a FAX

In the switch both stations just get a coverage path to AUDIX

Let me know if you need more info

If both ext's on same switch, I just put his "main" number in the name field on the "extra" phone. When the call goes to our vm system (octel 250), it ends up in "main" numbers vm box.

So cool! Thanks I entered the secondary path as the 2nd extension and VM now rolls over to the correct coverage path.

:-D
