How do I grab content from one website onto my website?

I have a website with my own style sheet and template. What I would like to have is only the content from another website displayed onto my page, stripping out all formatting so it can be used with my style sheet. How exactly is this done through XML?

Would an ASP include file be easier and better?

Please advise.

No, I do not. However, I will be working with the web developer who's responsible for that other website and I'm wondering how we can come up with a compatible procedure for this.
