How do I go about printing custom address labels?

Hey, I am new to FileMaker Pro, and I'm having some problems.

I started a 'contact management' database with information regarding skateboard shops in it. I started a new field called 'shop name'.

I'm trying to print address labels containing the information for:
Shop Name
Address 1
City, State, Postal Code

When I click the address labels button, it only displays the First/Last Name of the shop owner, and then the address. Is there any way to print the shop name in place of the First/Last name?
