I guess an to simply what I need to do say you have a form letter store in a access memo field that you needed to print out for multiple customers.&nbsp;&nbsp;Inside the memo field would be:<br><br>Dear & Customer![FirstName] ,<br><br><br>How could you print the memo field and get VB to populate Customer![FirstName] with a value.<br><br>Thanks in Advance,<br><br>Acie Clayborne
