How do I get to my mmui.mv files?

I have been trying to figure out how I can download my mmui.mv file with my ftp program so I can alter it! I don't know what to enter in the server and path fields. I have been trying ftp.miva.com for the server, and the path of my ui file, which ends in Merchant2/4.13/modules/ui/mmui.mv

When I enter this, and put my password and login I use for miva, it trys to connect, and then tells me my password or login are incorrect.

Can anyone help me? I am going crazy trying to figure out how to do this, and I can't find help anywhere! Am I even on the right path, or do you access your mmui files some other way?

Your mmui.mv is not on Miva Corporation's server; it is on your server. You'll need to FTP to your server, not Miva's. --------------
