The server responds that message, if you you hotmail you probably have seen it, i have seen it a few other places.

How do they determine too busy?

&quot;Busy&quot; is a function of the server and it's software. Good System Administrators will tune their systems to handle incoming traffic to balance speed and CPU usage. The actual amount of traffic will vary from server to server and can change slightly depending on what the CPU is doing at the time.

There's always a better way. The fun is trying to find it!
