Hi I have 2 workstations both running XP pro and both have adobe 6 pro one has autocad 2000 the other autocad 2004
2000 has a toolbar and printer for adobe yet 2004 doesnt have either.
It is a real headache to print out anything from 2004. Any ideas??????
Thanks Chris

Hi Chris,

Just a thought but...

[ol]
[li]Have you checked Adobe's web site to be sure you have the add-ins or ARX's you need for 2004?[/li]
[li]Have you done a shearch for either a .mns, .arx of some adobe flavor?[/li]
[li]It's possible Adobe uses a .dll that does some version checking and doesn't recognize 2004?[/li]
[/ol]

Sorry if that's no help.
Todd

An FYI , we use some freeware named PDF995 which sets up a printer in AutoCAD. You just send your plot to this printer which will prompt you for filename and location.

Both good thoughts I will check it out.
Thanks
Chris
