how do i get subsites under subsites on dropdown

What I want to do is to create a menu in the top-bar navigation which will include the subsites as a drop-down list in order to be accessible directly from the parent site (homepage). For example I want to do something like the tab "SharePoint Resources and Links" in the following SharePoint portal:

Okay i meant how do i get a dropdown menu under a subsite for more subsites for that subsite?
