What software Do I need to download from otn.oracle.com in order to get started on developing Oracle Forms? This is going to be against an Oracle 8i Database. Oracle Forms Developer 6i?

In oracle otn site first download form6i designer and installed on you desktop, use easy config and connect forms6i with oracle 8.x/9i
