We have a customer who says they received the "ChgBat W/PowerOn" warning. They changed the batteries, but the warning is still there. Is there a command that will remove the message? Or does the fact it's still there mean they didn't do it correctly/used faulty batteries as replacements/etc.?

No command to erase the message, the new batteries are not making contact or are dead. If the old ones corroded, they may have to scrape the contacts, which are a little diffulcult for the ones inside of the control unit.

Thanks very much, that's the conclusion I came to after some research. I appreciate the prompt reply - this site rocks!
