I have a customer who would like to have 3 bells situated in different parts of the office. When they are on night service and a caller calls the main number the bells ring and anyone from any phone in the office can dial a feature access code and be put through to the caller. Any ideas on how to get this working?

The first thing that comes to my mind is to have the night service button go to an alalog station. Then wire three bells off the analog port.(use a bunching block). Then they can use the call pickup feature access codes and pickup the call.

The night service button is on a console at reception. The receptionist turns night service on as she leaves. They want the call to eventually cover to vm if nobody hears the bells ringing.

Have the night destination be part of a coverage answer group along with the Bells being the first point of coverage. Second point is VM. Then use trunk answer any station access code to pickup the calls.

Hope this helps
