Hello evryone,

I hope someone can help me get back my stolen keys!

I installed ICQ on my system and it took the <CTRL><SHIFT><S> keypress. In D6 this should save all, now it just activates ICQ.

I have also lost the <CTRL><SHIFT><I> for indent and <CTRL><SHIFT><C> for code completion.

Does anyone know how I can get these back into my D6 IDE?

Tim

i dont know if you can
you will probebly have to shut down icq when your delphiing Anywhere is walking distance if you have the time.

Shutting down ICQ does not make any difference.

you could try reinstalling d6 and choose the repair registry option.. Anywhere is walking distance if you have the time.

Go to Preferences, Contact List section, Shortcuts tab and uncheck &quot;Activate ICQ keyboard shorcuts&quot;.

McMerfy, I am using ICQ Version 2002a, Biuld #3728. I do not have a &quot;Shortcut&quot; tab in the Contact List sections of my preferences as you describe. I wish I did :(

Wow, hang on there, I found it!
I enabeled &quot;Advanced Mode&quot; in ICQ and it showed me a lot of new preferences, including the one we were looking for.
I turned the shortkut keys off in ICQ and all my D6 IDE functionality has returned, we are now cookin. [cook]

Thankyou everyone for your help, each suggesiton is valuable!
