How do I get my hands on the Seagate Info product?

I have not been able to find the latest version of Seagate Info. I heard rumor that Info 7 is a free product. I find that very hard to believe. Is this product bundled with another Crystal Decisions product? If so, which one? Any guidance is appreciated...
