how do i get MS excel charts in to ie

I need to display a MS excel graph in internet explorer. The excel .xls refreshes every 30 mins i need to produce an out put that can be displayed in ie upon demand.

can anyone point me in the right direction for what code is best to use, and where to look for guidance.
