How do i get information a caller entered on IVR

Hi,

When a client is calling our office he is asked to insert his driver license ID on the IVR .

We are using the Nortel CS 1000 and Symposium

1. What need to be installed to capture this number?
2. What need to be configured to capture this number?
3. How do I capture this number?
4. Where should I capture this number? (Client, Server...)
