HOW DO I GET FRAMEWORK 2.0? 1

hi there,
i just bought some video training but i can not install them into my computer. i called costumer support and they told me that i need to download framework 2.0 but im unable to download it from microsoft.com because i think i got a fake windows or something like that is any other way i can get this framework program instead of buying a new xp serial key??
