How do I get Dispatch VM answer Overload attendant calls on DHS

First I am using a Dispatch VM for VM only and not call routing.

I have tried on Station 10 (attendant) to forward on busy and no answer to port 24(Dispatch). The system will not allow station 10 be transfered. I also have tried to program port 24 as the backup attendant. The system will not allow port 24 to be assigned as backup attendant since I guess that port is programmed as VM.

Also, it looks as if the only settings on the forwarding on the backup attendant is 30 seconds. Is there a way to reduce this to say 15-20 second(8 rings).

FYI: On a Comdial system, I programmed the VM port to answer CO lines on like the 6th ring. Usually someone would get the call before VM answered. Can I do the same??
