How do I get disk failures to be sent to an SNMP server?

I have tru64 5.1b using the lastest Insight Manager.

I can get core SNMP stuff to my trap receiver, but how do i
get disk failures, etc to be sent to an SNMP trap receiver?

I am not sure what a tru64 5.1b is, but when you install the various agents on the device, you can configure the agent on what to report. Insight Manager has modularized various components so you have to make sure you install the proper agents.
