How Do I Get Directory Name in C??

I'm new with C, and I need to implement LS command (Shell), the problem is, that I can not find out, how could I get the directory name in C, plz help. Thnx a lot.

I would try [tt]getcwd()[/tt] as described in GNU C Library | File System Interface | Working Directory. Supposing you are on Linux.
