How do i get an extension to roll to the operator? 2

I have a lady that left the company and the extension she was on needs to be basically forwarded to the operator/s, so when people call her DID it rings the operator instead of her phone.
 
Sort by date Sort by votes
Remove her voicemail coverage and forward to the Operator extension.

Remove her extension all together from the dial plan, and her DID will automatically come to the Operator as an unknown DID

VM coverage is removed. How do i now forward it to the operator?..
