I bought one of these on e-bay but cannot get it to work.
I plug it into my switch and you can see activity and the 'link' light on the Snap is on solid green. The 'System' and the 'Disk' lights are flashing together at 1 second intervals and the 'net' light will glimmer now and then.
I removed the hdd's and tested them in a PC using Dos fdisk.
They are in good nick apart from the fact they are blank with no partitions defined. One is set at CS whille the other is set to MASTER but as they are on different IDE channels I don't see this as an issue. I have tried using a version of ASSIST but it cannot see the drive. Can anyone through some light on this for me.
