How do i get a pagemaker .pub file to open and use in another program

need to get pm .pub files to use in photoshop 5.5   pm is 6.5   help!!!!!!

Pagemaker extensions are not .pub but begin with .pm for example. And why do you want to open a publication in a graphics program? I don't think you can do it. They are horses of different colors!
