How do I get a menu all in English?

I'm just starting out with Gimp. I'm using XP Home, with English and Hebrew language settings.

Right now, the menus in Gimp come up half in English and half in Hebrew, which is pretty annoying.

How do I make Gimp come up all in English, without changing any of the overall Windows language settings?
