How do I forward calls from a voice mail box?

Presently incoming calls route to ext 100 then if not answered route to ext 103 voice mail box. I need to add the capability on voice mail box 103 that allows the caller to either leave a message or press a digit that routes to an external number (answering service).

I have done this on other systems, but I am not sure how to do this on the NBX-100. Any help is appreciated.

Hi ,

In to NBX Relese 5.xx there is new feature that Personal Operator . In this feature when call go to voice mail the user allow to leave mesaage in voice mail or press 0 for go xxxxxx or press 9 for go yyyyyy .
If you not have release 5.xx or later , workaround is :

- call ring to ext 100
- if not answer route to Autoattendand ( 502-599 )
- in to menu tree of autoattendand press 1 for go voice mail ext 103 , or 2 to 9 for go any extension or external number

Thanks for the info, the personal operator feature is what I was looking for, unfortunately we have version 4.XX so I will see if the auto-attendant will be acceptable.
