How do I format detail page 2 (and 3, 4 etc.)

When I drill down into a detail level everything is fine while there is only a one page of results to see but when I spill onto a second page then I don't have my detail header anymore. How can I add a section that will display the column titles once on every new page.

Ooops. Using Versions 8.5, 9 and soon to be using 10.

Right mouse click to the right of your Group header section, select Change Group, go to the options tab and select Repeat Group Header on Each Page.

Go to file->report options and check "show all headers on drill down" in order to get page headers on each page of drilldown.
