Hi Folks

I am having probs trying to install documentation manual error msg shows up as missing filesets required for pre installation but how do I find which of the 6 AIX 5.2 disks has these filesets?

Missing Filesets
----------------
The following filesets could not be found on the installation media.
If you feel these filesets really are on the media, check for typographical
errors in the name specified or, if installing from directory, check for
discrepancies between the Table of Contents file (.toc) and the images that
reside in the directory.

bos.docregister
bos.docsearch.rte
bos.docsearch.client.com
IMNSearch.rte.httpdlite
bos.docsearch.client.Dt
IMNSearch.bld
IMNSearch.rte

<< End of Failure Section >>

Is there a quick way of finding it?

Thanking you all in advance.

Hi!

You can use "gencopy" command to list filesets contained in tape/CD/directory/bff package and so on.

gencopy -L -d ___place_of_files___

--Trifo
