How do I find SMS clients with non standard apps installed?

I have SMS 2 deployed on our network and have full inventory of the clients. I need to find PC's that have non company standard software installed on them. Is there an easy way to do this?
A hard way will do if you can point me in the right direction to achive this.

Sean if you already have a 'full' inventory of your clients, you should have a listing of all executables on your machines. It then becomes a simple matter of writing a query for the specific executable. Run the query and you will have a list of clients with the suspect software.
