I am a rookie with our Option 11 switch. I have become the defacto admin. I need to set up a new phone. How do I find how many ports (TNs) are still available to add extensions on the switch. I was told by the last admin that we were almost out of ports for new phones. I have plenty of actual phones.

Also, if I have no ports left on my switch for new extensions, I may forward my existing extension to an IP phone that I have. How would I forward extension 4205 to a number of 2052225555 for example.

Thanks
