should be done in the same way, have you tried running winipcfg in Win2k?
Otherwise if you use mirc (Typing $ip then press tab would reveal your IP) , also maybe in Win2k if you look in network setting you can get your IP. Well you couldnt do a dns on your localhost cuz then you'd just back 127.0.0.1. I'll let you know if I think of anything more.
