How do I find if incorrect mx record somewhere

I am having intermittent "relaying denied" 550 5.7.1 errors from a win2k Exch 2000 server. The message will be bounced 1 minute then you can resend and it will be delivered fine. I suspect some sort of MX record is wrong, maybe with their old ISP? I have done a nslookup and cant see anything wrong and have looked at dnsreport.com and the result look ok

any ideas would be much appreciated
