How do I find a mailbox

I have a BCM 50 2.0. The reception desk(DN 221) has a MWI turned on but does not have a it's own mailbox and it isn't the GD mailbox DN.
I checked all Mailboxes for a alternate DN entry with no luck. How do I find the mailbox this DN is associated with?

Press Feature 65 to see if if its a SEND message indicator.
Some one may have pressed Feature 1 to send a message( NON VOICEMAIL.)
It should tell you if it was an extn calling or VM calling

the easiest way to find mailbox info (if the feature 65 shows it came from the vmail) is to get a mailbox info report
it will show the mbox, the assigned dn's , alternate dn's , opn, outbound transfer ,ect.

Thanks for the responses. It turned out to be the F65 issue.
