I need to recreate a logo. Recreating the logo will be a piece of cake since it is simple. However, the logo will be printed, so I need to match some colors. I can't seem to find a way to find them. Besides white, the colors I was given are Process Blue and PMS 109 yellow. How can I make sure i change my image to the correct colors?

You need to pull up the Swatch Libraries palette (under Windows in AI9) - probably the Pantone coated - that will allow you to find those Pantone colours and drag them to the Swatches palette. Then you can apply them as fills/strokes to the relevant parts of your logo.
